How to Use the BP MAP Calculator

  1. Enter Systolic (SBP)

    • Type your systolic blood pressure (the upper number), for example, 120.

  2. Enter Diastolic (DBP)

    • Type your diastolic blood pressure (the lower number), for example, 80.

  3. (Optional) Enter Heart Rate

    • You can add your heart rate (beats per minute) if you want to include it in your record.
(It’s not needed for MAP calculation, but helpful for context.)

  4. Click the “Calculate” Button 💗

    • Instantly see your Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) and Pulse Pressure results.

    • A short note will appear explaining whether your MAP is low, normal, or high.

  5. Click “Reset”

    • Clears all the fields so you can enter new readings.
